Reservations
A reservation will be confirmed to you with in 2 days after receipt of your e-mail together with the invoice. Check this confirmation thoroughly for correctness. Accidental irregularities can be changed within 10 days after reservation without extra charges. Changes in your reservation are possible until 6 weeks before your stay in our apartments, in this case we will charge you Nafl. 50,- as administration fee. In case of a short stay we have the right to charge the full rental fee.

 

Payments
After you receive your confirmation a deposit needs to be paid in the amount of 30% of the total invoice amount, with a minimum of Nafl. 350,-.
The remaining amount has to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival in our apartments. In case of a last minute reservation the total on the invoice needs to be paid immediately.
When payments are not in time or the transferred amount is less then we invoiced to you, then we keep the right to cancel the agreement.

 

Changes/Cancellation
When you cancel the reservation 6 weeks before arrival the charges will be 30% of the total invoice amount, equal to the deposit with a minimum of Nafl. 350,-.
Till 4 weeks in advance 50% of the reservation will be charged for canceling. Within 4 weeks before arrival there will be not restitution. When you change/cancel we will invoice you for Nafl. 50,- as administration fee.

 

Arrival/Departure
Check-in in the apartment is possible from 15.00-17.30 hrs. In case the flight comes in later, we can adjust these times. Check-out on the day of departure will be at 10.00 hrs. If you wish to check out later we will charge you extra costs for cleaning. Only possible when the apartment is not rented by another person.
